        1. Pop-up sale was successful, however these was an issue with the account where the sales money went 

        2. Ethan working to build an entirely new platform that will work without website; the platform operates like a normal online store  

        3. New platform will allow us to sell merch, Barristers tickets, and more  

          1. First product on this new platform will be the Barristers tickets 

        4. Restock Sale

    3. Vice President of Finance:  

      1. Most recent numbers are in the December spreadsheet. The SBA funds number is a $1,000 more than it should be (this is from the 'as needed' fund for food for students). The checks that should have gone out for the students who got the based upon need scholarship haven't been deducted yet. I've emailed main university about the checks but haven't heard back yet, but once those checks go out we will have approximately $10,004 in CSU funds and $7,018 in SBA funds.

        2. Three cord limit – issue with the hoods of the grad gown  

          1. Executive members of students organizations get a cord; class reps and non-executive members do not get a student organization cord 

          2. The cords SBA coordinates are for student organizations only 

          3. Administration handles all other cords

          1. Does SBA want to set aside an amount of money in the event that a student cannot afford their cords? Same process as earlier in the year with the money to help students in need?
