Terms of Service (Fulfillment & Shipping)

Please note that shipping times in shipping options will apply once the SBA receives the order from our vendor and ships the order out. Pre-orders will have a 1-2 week fulfillment period before your selected shipping method.

If pre-orders and in-stock merchandise are purchased in the same order, the merchandise will ship together once the pre-order orders are fulfilled.

SBA Office Pick-Up:

• If you selected the SBA office pick-up fulfillment option (for either in-stock or pre-ordered merchandise), bring the order confirmation information to the SBA office, and we will provide you with the size and item you purchased. 

• In-stock merchandise purchased in the same order as pre-orders can be picked up separately.

Shipping:

• In-stock merchandise will be shipped as soon as the Creighton Law SBA Merchandise Committee can ship it.

• Pre-ordered merchandise will be shipped to those outside the Omaha area (U.S. shipping only) after a two-week pre-order period. All pre-orders that meet group order minimums will be purchased. Until a direct-to-consumer shipping option can be established, all orders will be shipped to the SBA office and then individually packaged and sent by the SBA. This process could take one to two weeks, depending on when the order arrives at the SBA and when the SBA is able to package your individual order(s).

• If pre-orders and in-stock merchandise are purchased in the same order, the merchandise will ship together once the pre-order orders are fulfilled.
