   • Graham and Renata – meet with Dean Fershee about endowment funds for Law school and student orgs 

   • 1L Food Drive – Through Wednesday Nov 20th 

     • 4pm November 20th picture with food donations 

   • Custodians – concern about only having 2 custodians 

     • Seeing a lack of effort with cleanliness in several library rooms 

     • What is the status of hiring another custodian? 

       • Ask Dean Summers to put in her email about students cleaning up after themselves 

       • Prioritize certain rooms?

       • Merch Store site up in foreseeable future 

       • FAC – Nov 15th @ Blackstone Social 7p-9p 

       • Updated Risk Plan with Sober Monitors 

       • Event proposal - Ugly Sweater Day with Hot Cocoa and cookie exchange over lunch hour in commons 

         • Have faculty judge 

   • Vice President of Finance: Graham Heisey 

     • Voted on all proposals last week 

     • No new funds requests 

     • Awaiting checkbooks from Cobalt 

       • Might need to get cashiers checks for FAC 

       • Please use conference funding request form on Sharepoint or under Blueline under law school resources, student orgs 

   • Vice President of Communications: Erin Byers Ware 

     • Send updated excel sheets with schedules to Erin
