      • Discussion from meeting: The committee doesn't have a said structure. Summer time would be a time to lay out the objectives, mission statement, etc. This would make it streamlined for every year and stop the starting from block one. 

      • We should do this for all committees. The structure would be helpful for setting expectations. More justification to remove the officer and serve as a guideline.
