   1. SBA President: 

      1. Sayler still working on Suits n' Scrubs, but likely just a normal FAC this month. 

      2. Working through Barristers' locations 

         1. If making a location suggestion, please consider capacity of around 500 people 

      3. Barristers Date: around March 28th 

      4. Barristers Committee 

         1. Information to join sent out in November  

      5. Absences   

      6. Golf Tournament  

         1. Expected date: 3L Week in May  

         2. This is very close to the Barristers event which causes concerns for donations for the golf event 

         3. Location suggestions: 

            1. Dodge riverside - (Council Bluffs by Harrahs) 

   2. Vice President of Internal Affairs:  

      • Merch update 

        • Paypal is the new POS  

          • Paypal code  

          • Track inventory by writing on the white board in the SBA office.  

        • Venmo is shut down; do not accept venmo as payment 

          • Also applies to all student organizations for any event 

          • Venmo is prohibited by SLIC, and use of venmo will result in a strike against the SBA. Three (3) strikes means we lose funding 

          • Venmo vs Paypal 

            • Venmo does not write checks, but Paypal does. 

            • It is a paper tracking concern, 

        • Refer all questions about merch and payment to Ethan and Samme  

      • SELS Merch 

   3. Vice President of Finance:  

      1. No new funds requests at this time.  

      2. If any of the clubs are asking for their allocations for the semesters let them know it should be coming next months. We didn't have enough funds to transfer the $300 to each club in the month of September, so it will most likely be done in October.

      4. We have $3,080.28 in CSU funds left and $4,312 in SBA funds left and this does not include the funds we have in the Venmo or the square space. This also doesn’t have the October allocations reflected on there.

      2. Create a poll requesting wants/needs of Donors regarding the golf event
