      1. YLJS Request – request for $103.03 for pizza.

            1. Every one on SBA needs to be better about communicating events

   5. Vice President of Student Organizations:  

      1.  Deadline for pre order next Friday (the 20th), it will be a quick turn around with getting cords paid for/ordered - will need help once cords are here packaging for pick-up (2-3 people to help pack cord orders);  

      2. We have floated the idea of two pick-up times and dates, one for an undetermined date and one for convocation. What will be the undetermined date: week of May 19th (either pick up in the office or SBA members sign up for tabling)  

         1. Keana and Ethan to work together on the transaction and confirmation link/email to provide information with each cord order  

      3. Reminder: do not tell the 3Ls when cords have arrived. We need time to package things and make sure all cords are accounted for before being bombarded. 

7. Committee Chairs 

   1. Barristers' Ball:  

      1. Valentine’s Day Sale - $145 for two (20% off) 

      2. Reached out to a DJ – waiting to hear back regarding scheduling  

         1. Communication with DJ to prohibit DJ from recording or pictures of the students and from posting anything about our students 

      3. Final catering payment due on February 20th!!!! 

         1. Does not include alcohol tab, so this tab is al CSU money and not SBA money 

      4. Final space rental due February 28th!!!!  

      5. Getting approval for superlatives from Dean Summers this week – more to come.
