Ethan is going to start delegating tasks
If someone wants to sell something with SBA, we can use the TouchNet link instead of converge
Vice President of Finance:
Below is the most recent statement till the end of January. Please note that the deposit from the merch sale we did end of last semester is still not in the account. Ethan and I are trying to work on that. As well as any ongoing merch deposits that we have had since the store opening is not on this statement either. So estimate around $2600 ish from the end of last semester sales still need to go in to the number below.

BLSA candy grams sale – Already denied the request without a vote since this request for money for the items for the Candy Gram Sale. Reason being that it is a sale of items they would have made profit from. You cannot buy items with CSU funds and sell for profit or buy items that are considered assets.
Make sure that this rule is known amongst student organizations

Sober Support Group Update – Met with Chris Aupperle (NLAP) and Sangeetha Kumar (Creighton Counseling). We are starting a counselor led support group for students to have a confidential space to discuss/explore substance use resources. Write up has been added to sharepoint with more details.
Sangeetha is going to consult with her team to see who is available to lead.
Start February 27 (may be too quick of a turn around) or a later date
