      1. Need to Update Pickleball Event Cost 

        1. Previous Cost $340  

          1. This included the fee of a tournament facilitation fee and without paddle rental and without tax 

          2. With the paddle rental and tax the cost was $410.00 

        2. New Cost: $310.30 

          1. This is without the tournament facilitation fee but includes the paddle rental and tax 

          2. Originally approved for $340 with the notice of needing to update for food costs 

          3. We now have $29.70 to put towards food. I will likely have to ask for reimbursement for total cost 

          4. To save as much money as possible, Lauren and Ciara are going to buy wraps and non-alcoholic beverages from CostCo. 

            1. This is b/c Jimmy Johns and Pickleman's had total costs of $170-$180 to feed 40-60 people. 

      2. Class reps to really push the event this week 

        1. People can sign up all the way up until 12:05 pm on the day of the event Februayr 28, 2026. 

    5. Vice President of Student Organizations:  

      1. E-mail sent out for people to pay for their cords – deadline to pay for cords is March 5, 2026 at 5 

      2. ADR board paying for cords for its members – $40.50 (9 cords at 4.50) 

      3. Admin cords – 364.50 (81*4.50) 

        1. Are we doing checks? Who do they make it payable to? - Creighton University Student Groups LLC memo line: SBA 

      4. Once I put order together on honors graduation, how do I pay?  

        1. Any opposed to me shipping cords to my apartment as it will be over spring break?  

          1. Want to avoid shipping issues 

          2. Also want to avoid liability put on Keana 

          3. Ultimately, the group is fine with the cords being shipped to Keana's apartment 

      5. Cords packaging  

        1. Gallon sized ziplock bags (approx. 100 needed)  

          1. 60 people have pre-ordered, Admin is ordering 81 cords, not everyone on the sheet are people who will receive cords 

          2. Walmart sells 152 count for approx. $25

    1. Barristers' Ball:

        1. $400 for 7-11 pm 

          1. Includes light, equipment, speakers etc. 

        2. Make sure the DJ does not record students at the event. 

      2. Requested the final checks be sent out to Catering and the Luminarium  

      3. Alumni merch?  

        1. Communication issues with our TouchNet tech.  

          1. Main issue is charging the extra $ for shipping  

        2. Ship them here and personally deliver them to firms 

      4. Money from ticket sales has already been spent on Barristers expenses 

      5. Working on Sashes and will likely price/quote for equipment 

        1. Superlatives for Professors, Section A, Section B, and AJDs
