Roster Page Walk Through

How to Update Your Roster

  1. Log into CU Involved

  2. Click on the three lines in the left corner

  3. Find Club icon, and then click settings

  4. Click Roster 

To Change Active Member Positions 

  • Find Active Member

  • Click pencil on right side of screen 

  • Change position, click save

    • You can change executives to regular members after their term is done. 

To End Memberships 

  • Click the box on the left of the name 

  • Click End Membership 

–  OR –  

  • End all Memberships 

To Change Position Information

Click Manage Position in the top right 

  • If you need to add a new position, click add + Position 

  • if you need to edit a current position, click on that position

You can now

  • Edit the Name 

  • Edit the position type 

  • Change status 

  • Adjust management access to none, all, or limited. 

To Invite Members

  1. Click on Invite People

  2. Enter their email address (NetID@Creighton.edu)

  3. Click add E-Mail Addresses (you can add up to 500 names)

  4. Assign them a role 

  5. Click send invitation
